The LA Fires of January 2025 have already changed our lives forever. Pacific Community Fund is joining business and community leaders from throughout Los Angeles to provide relief for our neighbors who have lost their home, business or livelihood.
Pacific Community Fund is a longstanding community lending institution. As a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), we are dedicated to being a part of the solution as businesses and community leaders from throughout Los Angeles come together to rebuild in the wake of the recent fires. To this end, Pacific Community Fund is launching the LA Fire Relief Fund to provide an easy to access, zero-interest loan with three groups in mind.
Qualified applicant may apply beginning on January 10, 2025. Funding will remain available through February 10, 2025 or until funds last.

In addition to the above mentioned eligibility criteria, qualified candidates must also have an annual household income that qualify as Low-to-Moderate-Income (LMI) and a current credit score of 640 or greater.
