We require all loan applicants to complete the FREE Financial Literacy Program.

Upon submitting this loan application form:

1. Create an account on FDIC’s ‘How Money Smart Are You?’ portal to be able to save your progress and download certificates
2. Accomplish the ‘You Can Bank On It’ and ‘Borrowing Basics’ modules
3. Download the Certificates of Completion for both modules
4. You will receive an email notification to upload the two certificates
